There is no charge for attendees to attend; however, please indicate your intent to join us below. Tickets for guests may be purchased below.

The IUA welcomes its members to the 2012 Annual Meeting. Members can visit with exhibitors while connecting with their fellow members and enjoy delicious hors d' oeuvres and drinks.

The Indiana Urologic Association requires payment for registration fees and full payment of optional activities by check or credit card.

 

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the IUA Executive Office by 4/13/2012. All refund requests will be subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 4/13/2012.
